Although the blog got ignored this past week, my journey into bio-hacking and longevity has raged forward.
- I completed a re-read, or should I say re-absorption of the book Lifespan: Why We Age―and Why We Don’t Have To by David Sinclair.
- I ordered my own OUYAWE Finger Ring Health Tracker from Amazon. I should get it in a week or so. This was recommended in the book Super Human: The Bulletproof Plan to Age Backward and Maybe Even Live Forever by Dave Asprey, in chapter “Sleep or Die” on page 75. I look forward to using to keep better track of my sleep and stress levels (cortisol is the enemy).
- My weight plus or minus a few pounds has normalized around 188lbs. This (I think) is awesome in my opinion at around 12-14% bodyfat (visual guess only, judge for yourself).
