Week in Review – Week Ending Sunday, January 19

From this blog’s perspective, it is not just the end of this first week, but the end of its initial build. Everything is working more or less the way I want it to now. Now to drive forward documenting my long journey into this good night.

From my personal perspective, I have a renewed commitment to eating right since I will be documenting it here. This accountability has already helped me make the right decisions a few times when teetering on eating the right things at the right time. At least for me, the perception of disappointing not just myself but others publically keeps me on the straight and narrow.

I wrestled with the flu all week, but I am closing out the week on the mends and feeling a lot better. I only made it to the gym twice this week and both workouts were lackluster at best.

Even so, I was still able to start three new protocols (bio-hacks) this past week.

  1. Activated Charcoal to assist my body in detoxing pollutants from my body.
  2. Resveratrol to provide a wide range of benefits, including cardiovascular protection, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities.
  3. Nicotinamide ribosome to assist in cellular energy metabolism and support biological functions.
